Jetson requests read-only access to:

  • Mailboxes - To list your support queues
  • Conversations - To analyze customer messages

What Jetson cannot do

  • Modify or delete conversations
  • Send messages on your behalf
  • Change your HelpScout settings
  • Access billing information

Why we need this access

Jetson reads your conversations to identify bugs and feature requests. We never modify your HelpScout data.
