- Mailboxes - To list your support queues
- Conversations - To analyze customer messages
What Jetson cannot do
- Modify or delete conversations
- Send messages on your behalf
- Change your HelpScout settings
- Access billing information
Why we need this access
Jetson reads your conversations to identify bugs and feature requests. We never modify your HelpScout data.
