Reconnect HelpScout

If your HelpScout connection stops working:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Click Disconnect HelpScout
  3. Click Connect HelpScout
  4. Authorize Jetson in HelpScout
  5. Select your mailboxes

When to reconnect

  • New conversations aren't appearing
  • Import fails with connection errors
  • You see "Connection expired" messages

Your data is preserved

Reconnecting doesn't delete your existing work items or classifications.
