Reconnect HelpScout
If your HelpScout connection stops working:
- Go to Settings > Integrations
- Click Disconnect HelpScout
- Click Connect HelpScout
- Authorize Jetson in HelpScout
- Select your mailboxes
When to reconnect
- New conversations aren't appearing
- Import fails with connection errors
- You see "Connection expired" messages
Your data is preserved
Reconnecting doesn't delete your existing work items or classifications.
