Using Multiple Mailboxes

Each HelpScout mailbox becomes a separate product in Jetson.

How it works

  • Mailbox A → Product A in Jetson
  • Mailbox B → Product B in Jetson

Each has its own:

  • Inbox with bugs and features
  • Patterns
  • Settings and thresholds
  • GitHub repository (optional)

Switching between mailboxes

Use the product selector in the sidebar to switch between mailboxes.

Importing multiple mailboxes

Import each mailbox separately. Go to the mailbox, click Import, and choose your date range.
