Custom Priority Definitions

Teach Jetson what High, Medium, and Low priority mean for your product.

How to set

  1. Go to Settings > Products
  2. Select your product
  3. Edit the priority definitions
  4. Save changes

Example definitions

High priority:

Security vulnerabilities, data loss, payment failures, complete feature outages affecting all users

Medium priority:

Features broken for some users, significant performance issues, blocking workflows

Low priority:

Minor UI issues, cosmetic bugs, edge cases, nice-to-have improvements

How it's used

Jetson reads your definitions when classifying new conversations and assigns priority accordingly.
