Custom Work Ticket Instructions

Guide how Jetson generates bug reports and feature requests.

How to set

  1. Go to Settings > Products
  2. Select your product
  3. Find Work Ticket Instructions
  4. Enter your custom instructions (up to 1000 characters)
  5. Save changes

Example instructions

Always include steps to reproduce for bug reports. Format acceptance criteria as checkboxes. Mention the affected user segment when known.

What this affects

Your instructions are used when Jetson generates:

  • Bug report summaries
  • Feature request descriptions
  • Content for GitHub issues
