Overages
If you exceed your conversation limit, enable overages at $0.25 per conversation. Otherwise, new conversations pause until the next billing period.
No per-seat pricing
Both plans include unlimited team members at no extra cost.
Historical add-ons
Starter plan users can purchase one-time history unlocks per mailbox: 6 months ($49), 1 year ($79), or full history ($129).
