Jetson offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within your first 30 days, contact us for a full refund.

How to request a refund

Email support@jet.sn with your account email and reason for cancellation.

After 30 days

We don't offer refunds after the 30-day period, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Prorated refunds

We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months.
