How to Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click Manage Billing
  3. Select Cancel Subscription in the Stripe portal

What happens when you cancel

  • Your access continues until the end of your billing period
  • No further charges after cancellation
  • Your data is preserved for 30 days if you resubscribe
  • After 30 days, data is permanently deleted

Pausing instead of canceling

We don't offer pause functionality. If you need a break, cancel and resubscribe when ready.
