How to Delete Your Account

To completely delete your Jetson account and all data:

  1. Cancel your subscription first (Settings > Manage Billing)
  2. Email support@jet.sn requesting account deletion
  3. We'll confirm and delete within 5 business days

What gets deleted

  • Your user account
  • All work items and classifications
  • All imported conversations
  • Team membership data

This cannot be undone

Account deletion is permanent. Make sure you don't need any data before requesting deletion.
