How we protect your data

• All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest
• We use industry-standard cloud infrastructure
• Access is restricted to authorized team members only

What data we store

• Your HelpScout conversations (for analysis)
• Classification results and work items
• Team member accounts and preferences

What we don't store

• HelpScout credentials (we use OAuth tokens)
• Payment information (handled by Stripe)

Data retention

• Active accounts: Data retained indefinitely
• Canceled accounts: Data deleted after 30 days

Deleting your data
