Why Don't I See Any Work Items?

If your inbox is empty after importing:

Check the review threshold

By default, only items with 2+ customer reports appear in the inbox. To see everything:

  1. Go to Bug Reports or Feature Requests
  2. Click All to view the full inventory

Check classification

Some conversations may be classified as "No Action":

  1. Go to All Messages
  2. Look for conversations classified as No Action
  3. These don't create work items (billing questions, greetings, etc.)

Import may still be processing

Large imports take time. Check if the import is still running on the Import page.

Need more data?

Try importing a longer date range to capture more conversations.
