New Conversations Aren't Appearing

If new HelpScout conversations aren't showing up in Jetson:

Check webhook status

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Look for webhook status indicator
  3. If inactive, reconnect HelpScout

Wait a few minutes

New conversations are processed within 2-5 minutes of arriving in HelpScout.

Check the threshold

New items need 2+ customer reports to appear in the inbox. Check Bug Reports or Feature Requests > All to see everything.

Check classification

The conversation may have been classified as "No Action" (billing, greetings, spam). Check All Messages to verify.

Still not working?

Reconnect HelpScout to refresh the connection.
