Intercom Integration
Connect your Intercom workspace to Jetson and start turning customer conversations into actionable bugs, features, and documentation gaps.
Setup Steps
1. Connect your Intercom workspace
After installing Jetson, you'll be prompted to authorize access to your Intercom conversations.
- Grant Jetson read access to analyze your support conversations
- Your data stays secure—Jetson only reads conversation content
2. Select your inboxes
Choose which Intercom inboxes to import. Start with your primary support inbox.
- Select one or more inboxes to analyze
- You can add more inboxes later from Settings
3. Import conversations
Click Import and choose a date range. We recommend starting with the last 30 days.
- Jetson's AI analyzes each conversation in real-time
- Watch progress as bugs, features, and docs gaps are identified
4. Review your dashboard
Once import completes, your dashboard shows actionable insights:
- Inbox — High-priority items needing your review
- Bugs — Technical issues customers reported
- Features — Product requests from customers
- Insights — Recurring themes across conversations
5. Push to your dev tools (optional)
Connect GitHub or Linear to create issues directly from customer feedback.
- One-click issue creation with full conversation context
- Track status and sync updates back to Jetson
What else can you do?
- Invite your team — Unlimited seats at no extra cost
- Adjust confidence thresholds — Control how items are auto-classified
Permissions
Jetson requests the following Intercom permissions:

| Read conversations | To analyze support tickets for bugs and features |
| Read users | To identify customers reporting issues |
We never modify your Intercom data. Jetson is read-only.
Troubleshooting
Conversations aren't importing
- Check that you've selected at least one inbox
- Verify the date range includes conversations
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting Intercom from Settings
