What is a Pattern?

A pattern is a group of related bugs or features.

How it works

Jetson understands what each issue is really about, then groups similar ones:

  • "Can't log in" and "Login button broken" → same pattern
  • "Feature X would be nice" and "Please add Feature X" → same pattern

Why patterns matter

  • A group of 5 login bugs is more urgent than 5 unrelated bugs
  • Patterns reveal systemic issues individual reports might miss
  • Customer count across a pattern shows true impact

View patterns

Go to Patterns in the sidebar to see bubbles representing each group. Bigger bubbles = more customer reports.
