What is a Trend?

An trend is a group of related bugs or features that share a common theme.

How it works

Jetson understands what each issue is really about, then groups similar ones:

  • "Can't log in" and "Login button broken" → same trend
  • "Feature X would be nice" and "Please add Feature X" → same trend

Why trends matter

  • A group of 5 login bugs is more urgent than 5 unrelated bugs
  • Trends reveal systemic issues individual reports might miss
  • Customer count across a trend shows true impact

View trends

Go to Trends in the sidebar to see your ranked list of themes. The top trend is highlighted as a hero card showing what needs your attention most.
